New Opening | Central London | Launching Autumn 2025 Modern Japanese, with a focus on sushi, robata, and refined plates that balance tradition and creativity. We are recruiting for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the launch. You will take full responsibility for kitchen operations, team recruitment, menu development, and quality control building the kitchen from the ground up and setting the tone for service and standards. What youll be doing: Leading and developing a team of around 20 chefs Designing and delivering a high-end Japanese menu Setting up kitchen systems, structure, and controls Managing food and labour costs in line with business targets Ensuring excellent hygiene, safety, and day-to-day operations Working closely with FOH to ensure smooth, consistent service What were looking for: 5+ years as an Executive or Head Chef in high-end kitchens Strong experience in Japanese cuisine Ideally experienced in new openings A confident team leader with a calm, hands-on approach Strong organisational and communication skills
