We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen brigade across all three outlets. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the culinary direction of a flagship hospitality destination-crafting innovative menus, championing exceptional produce, and delivering unforgettable dining experiences across our diverse venues.
Key Requirements (but not limited to):
Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants and hotels, with a strong track record operating multiple sites at a premium level.
Culinary Passion: A deep passion for modern British cuisine with a creative, contemporary approach to presentation. Able to execute menus that highlight seasonality, creativity, and locally sourced ingredients.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a strong focus on team development. Capable of recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing kitchen team while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Operational Acumen: Expertise in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food cost control, waste reduction, inventory management, and supplier relations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborative Approach: Ability to work closely with front-of-house management to coordinate events, respond proactively to guest feedback, and elevate the overall guest experience.
