Salary: £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: City of London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Executive Chef to lead a high-profile contract catering operation delivering fresh, seasonal and innovative food across a MondayFriday business environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded chef who is passionate about food quality, team development and worklife balance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire and develop kitchen teams across the contract
Design and deliver creative, seasonal menus aligned with client expectations
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
Manage food costs, GP, labour budgets and stock control
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and company policies
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement

About You:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef within contract catering
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially astute with excellent cost control experience
Passionate about fresh food and modern food trends
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sites/teams (if applicable)
Level 3 Food Safety (minimum)
