You'll join the Bacardi team as an Operations executive supporting the client leadership and data teams. Supporting the day-to-day operational side of the account, the account executive is a key role within the team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The executive role requires organisational skills to help coordinate 25 local markets across the Bacardi business and ensure consistency, accuracy and timely delivery of campaigns and tasks. The role sits within the OMD EMEA Bacardi account, where we lead the global media strategy, planning and operations for some of their most iconic brands such as Bacardi Rum, Grey Goose and more. We are tasked with leading the evolution of their communications across the world and establishing a way of working that puts 'Connections' Strategy & Planning at the front of the marketing process. Bacardi expects the highest level of service, insight, strategic leadership and diligence across all deliverables and in every market. To service the account, OMD's relationship with Bacardi is run from 2 global hubs (in London & New York), with the majority of the global marketing clients based in London. Core strategy teams are based in each hub with specific brand responsibilities, working with shared services across both hubs, with specialists encompassing Planning, Social, Digital Performance, Central Activation, Innovation and Operations. Market responsibilities stretch across 16+ markets globally. The role sits within our client leadership team who lead the client management for the global Bacardi brand and involves working closely with our markets and data team to ensure delivery of all data governance and compliance workstreams. You will support in the day-to-day management of the account, in particular with market communications to ensure we remain informed of local planning and operations. You will also assist with data review, reporting, taxonomy and more which are crucial to ensuring accuracy across the business.

- Initial understanding of online and offline media channels, but a willingness to learn more.

- Great attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with fundamental data visualisation concepts, enabling the creation of clear and concise charts and graphs to represent data effectively.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
