Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator – Executive Search (Financial Services) Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office) Industry: Executive Search / Financial Services

The Opportunity: A prestigious Executive Search firm in Central London is seeking a highly organised and proactive EA/Project Coordinator to support a senior leader within the Financial Services sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Executive Search who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n- \n\t
- Coordinate multiple client projects and manage shifting priorities efficiently \n\t
- Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality documents and reports \n\t
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients \n\t
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to a senior executive \n\t
- Manage CRM systems and project tracking tools accurately \n\t
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders \n
Candidate Requirements:
\n\n- \n\t
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator within Executive Search, Consultancy or client centric organisations \n\t
- Ideally, exposure to or experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally Private Equity, dealing with high end clients /HNWI \n\t
- Excellent written English skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities \n\t
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment \n\t
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills \n\t
- Confident user of CRM platforms and related project coordination tools \n\t
- Ideally degree educated or equivalent \n
