Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator – Executive Search (Financial Services) Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office) Industry: Executive Search / Financial Services

The Opportunity: A prestigious Executive Search firm in Central London is seeking a highly organised and proactive EA/Project Coordinator to support a senior leader within the Financial Services sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Executive Search who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Coordinate multiple client projects and manage shifting priorities efficiently
  • \n\t
  • Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality documents and reports
  • \n\t
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
  • \n\t
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to a senior executive
  • \n\t
  • Manage CRM systems and project tracking tools accurately
  • \n\t
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
  • \n

Candidate Requirements:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator within Executive Search, Consultancy or client centric organisations
  • \n\t
  • Ideally, exposure to or experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally Private Equity, dealing with high end clients /HNWI
  • \n\t
  • Excellent written English skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • \n\t
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • \n\t
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • \n\t
  • Confident user of CRM platforms and related project coordination tools
  • \n\t
  • Ideally degree educated or equivalent
  • \n
