Exit Manager – SC Cleared – Hampshire - £650 to £750 per day

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a major defence organisation to assist with their recruitment of an Exit Manager to join their team on a contract basis. (potentially long term)

The successful candidate will ensure a controlled, risk free transition of services for the client without disruption, loss of knowledge, or commercial exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination between clients, internal teams and incoming suppliers
• Design and deliver end-to-end exit and transition plans
• Ensure all exit and close down activities are completed
• Engage with senior stakeholders
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer, documentation and asset handover
• Manage and mitigate risks relating to service continuity, data integrity and commercial exposure
• Interpret and operationalise exit clauses
• Provide clear reporting and governance across all exit activities
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution where required

Requirements

• Proven experience in exit management and service transition
• Complex programme delivery experience
• Consulting, system integration or managed services background
• Excellent understanding of commercial contracts and delivery frameworks
• Stakeholder management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Communication, planning and leadership capability
