to join our growing team. This is a full-desk role for someone who can confidently manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build long-term client relationships. The Role
Youll be responsible for: Managing a
full 360 desk
business development, client management, and candidate delivery
Winning new business and growing existing client accounts
Taking detailed briefs and delivering high-quality shortlists
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
Negotiating fees, terms, and offers
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement and aftercare
About You
Proven experience as a
360 recruitment consultant
Track record of consistent billings
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a consultative approach
Confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment
