The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join a fast-paced legal team in Wolverhampton. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office, ideal for a paralegal who can hit the ground running managing client-facing third-party contracts .

You’ll be at the heart of commercial contract negotiations and administration , supporting the legal team with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance . Experience in intellectual property (IP) and data protection (DP) is advantageous but not essential.
