The Role We are looking for a dedicated, full-time maker with a can-do attitude to join our small, established team. You'll take responsibility for leading elements of projects, contributing to detailing, problem solving and communicating clearly with the wider team throughout each build. You'll work on a wide range of bespoke, often complex furniture projects, so the ability to interpret CAD and technical drawings with accuracy is essential. This is a role for someone who consistently strives for a high standard of finish, enjoys tackling technical challenges and works well both independently and collaboratively. Essential Skills & Experience: Completed apprenticeship (or equivalent formal training) in furniture making or a related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional wood workshop Strong ability to read and work confidently from CAD/technical drawings Experience leading aspects of projects, including detailing and workshop problem solving Demonstrated commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and working to refined standards Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong critical-thinking skills Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively within a small team Alignment with our design principles and an interest in thoughtful, design-led making Eligible to work in the UK Good command of spoken and written English If you feel you have the dedication, skill and attitude to thrive in this role, please click
