building a successful temp desk , with a focus on the Industrial and Driving sectors, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment. The Role
This is a
360 recruitment role
suited to someone who is not only experienced in recruitment but also passionate about
growing new business
and building their own
temp desk . You will be responsible for: Opening new business
and developing new client relationships
Growing and managing your own
temp desk
(with the option of expanding into perm as well)
Placing high-quality candidates into
Industrial and Driving
roles
Managing and nurturing client accounts to maximise revenue
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
Developing and executing a strategy to grow your desk from scratch
You'll have the
autonomy

What We're Looking For Proven temp recruitment experience
Strong new business generation skills
and a track record of opening new client accounts
Clear evidence of desk growth and/or a
strong billing track record
Confident, professional, and commercially driven
Motivated by
high earnings
and
career progression
Experience in Industrial and/or Driving recruitment
preferred, but not essential
