Job Summary Were looking for a passionate and dedicated extra works supervisor to join our clients team. In this role, youll be responsible for all upgrades, installations and project work on a large commercial site.

Key Responsibilities Manage extra / additional jobs requested by the client Organise engineers and subcontractors Make sure work is done safely and on time Get quotes and control costs Check quality of the work Speak with the client and give updates Complete paperwork and reports

Requirements Experience supervising engineers or subcontractors Background in facilities management, construction, or building services Experience pricing or quoting small projects / extra works Knowledge of permits to work and H&S procedures Right to work in the UK
