EYFS Teacher | Catholic Primary School | Blackburn
4 Days Old
Are you a passionate educator ready to inspire our youngest learners in a faith-filled environment?
Our vibrant, two-form entry Catholic primary school in the BB2 area of Blackburn is looking for a dedicated and creative EYFS Teacher to join our nurturing team. We pride ourselves on our inclusive community, where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential through "Learning, Loving, and Living with Christ."
The Role:
As our new EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational years of our children's education. You will be responsible for:
Designing and delivering a stimulating, play-based curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our Reception cohorts.
Creating a safe and sanctified classroom environment rooted in Catholic values.
Working collaboratively with your partner teacher in our two-form entry setup to ensure consistency and shared success.
Building strong, trusting relationships with parents and the wider parish community.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong experience or placements within the EYFS framework.
A practicing Catholic or someone fully committed to supporting the Catholic ethos and prayer life of our school.
An expert in early childhood development with a "hands-on" approach to outdoor and indoor learning.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a larger, two-form entry setting.
What We Offer:
A Supportive Family: Join a staff team that truly looks out for one another.
Professional Growth: Access to excellent CPD and support for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Engaged Pupils: Well-behaved, curious, and enthusiastic children who are eager to learn.
