Fabrication and Welding Manager

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a high quality, motivated person to lead our Fabrication operations, and help drive our business forward. The role is based in Grimsby. Flexible Working:

We offer flexible working routines based on 38.5 hour standard week; opportunity to work a 4 day compressed week, or standard 5 day week as suits the incumbent best.

Role Overview:

As the Fabrication and Welding Manager, you will oversee all workshop activities, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality fabricated and welded products.

You will manage a small team of fabricators and welders, coordinate projects, maintain health and safety standards, and work closely with the Operations Director to meet customer expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
