This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone with a strong background in welding and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Motivate and guide fabricators and welders to meet daily production goals. Training & Development: Mentor team members in welding techniques and safety standards. Production Oversight: Manage workflow, allocate labour, and resolve bottlenecks. Technical Expertise: Interpret engineering drawings and uphold welding quality standards. Compliance & Safety: Promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to H&S policies. Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through Lean Manufacturing and process enhancements.What We're Looking For

Essential:
