The Company Were working with a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and assemblies serving a range of markets including Subsea, Nuclear, and Heavy Manufacturing.
The Role This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. Youll be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standardmainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantagewhile also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
The Individual Were looking for people who have: Time-served experience in fabrication and welding Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings Proven supervisory experience (managing 56 team members) Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management
The Benefits Competitive hourly rate from
£20.00 - £22.00
(dependent on experience) 39-hour day shift, Monday to Friday Overtime paid at x1.3 Training and development opportunities
