Fabricator Welder
role offers hands-on involvement in the manufacture and installation of custom-built equipment. You will work across a range of fabrication and welding processes, contributing to high-quality engineering solutions in varied industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication and welding of bespoke mechanical equipment MIG and MMA welding to engineering specifications Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Carrying out hot works safely and efficiently Working independently and as part of an experienced engineering team Travelling to site and working away from home when required Benefits Attractive pension scheme 6-monthly bonus payments 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service) Paid for hotels and expenses when working away Ongoing training and development opportunities Exposure to multiple sectors and varied engineering equipment Enhanced overtime rates: Time and a half (weekdays & Saturdays) Double time (Sundays & Bank Holidays) Day in lieu for full Bank Holiday worked The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a conscientious and motivated Fabricator Welder with a strong work ethic and excellent technical ability. You will be confident working on your own initiative while contributing positively to a team environment.
