As Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for the successful operational delivery of contracts across your region. Our client is a well known Social Housing contractor with an enviable portfolio of contracts and clients. Looking for an Ops Manager to join their Midlands Business Unit. Act as the primary day to day contact for our social housing clients, building strong, credible, and transparent relationships. Attend client meetings, performance reviews, and contract updates-presenting clear solutions, data, and action plans. Understand client priorities, pressures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our service aligns with their expectations. Drive high-quality workmanship, ensuring every job complies with safety, quality, and time expectations.Motivate, coach, and develop your team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride in service delivery. Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, building safety standards, and operational procedures. Commercial & Performance Management Manage budgets, forecasts, productivity, and resource planning. Analyse performance trends and develop improvement strategies that maximise value for both the contractor and client. Proven experience as an Operations Manager (or similar) in social housing, property services, or repairs & maintenance. Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with housing providers. A people-focused leader who inspires high performance and a positive culture.
