Facilities Engineer

About the Role

As a facilities engineer, you will be part of our internal facilities division working on a key client site supporting non-core engineering and operations. You will be responsible for completing daily maintenance repairs and scheduled services. This multi-skilled role requires engineering experience and competence.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

Undertaking planned, reactive and corrective maintenance effectiveness and reviewing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

Conducting root cause analysis to optimize plant and machinery efficiency and safety.

Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.

Using CMMS.

Communicating effectively with both the Client and your team.

Contributing to minor project work.About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

Experience in a facilities maintenance technician position or related field.

Proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and familiarity with HVAC systems is highly advantageous and will be considered desirable.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.The Benefits
