About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations at a large leisure site on the Isle of Wight. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the site is safe, clean, compliant, and well‑maintained, while delivering a positive experience for guests and colleagues.

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager and working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, contractors, and statutory compliance, while creating a strong, motivated facilities team.

Guest Experience & Site Standards

Maintain excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation across the site Ensure guest accommodation, buildings, and grounds are maintained to a high standard Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, issues, and feedback Coordinate maintenance works with minimal disruption to guests Ensure activity and leisure facilities are safe, compliant, and ready for use

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety requirements, and internal policies Carry out regular site inspections to identify and resolve risks Maintain accurate documentation, certifications, and audit records Support legal, safety, and environmental standards across the ...
