Facilities Manager - Newcastle Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) This is an exciting, brand-new opportunity to join our 14forty team as a Facilities Manager in Newcastle. We are seeking a Facilities Manager with good all-round experience in all areas of Facilities Management to join our 14forty team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of FM services on the site, the day-to-day liaison with the client stakeholders and budget accountability. You will oversee delivery of the following services. Front of House services – Visitor management, Reception, Security etc. Maintenance (Technical services / M&E) Catering Cleaning / Housekeeping Key Responsibilities Manage all FM services to meet SLAs and client requirements. Respond promptly to client requests and maintain regular communication. Lead and develop FM staff, ensuring up-to-date training and competency. Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs. Support service planning and site development with the client and line manager. Conduct quality audits to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. Lead client projects, managing stakeholders, subcontractors, and budgets. Deliver and support annual budget planning and cost control. Ensure compliance with statutory and preventative maintenance schedules. Manage asset lifecycle and provide capital expenditure reports. Prepare work quotations and secure approvals before proceeding. Maintain accurate contract records and prepare monthly reports. Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance within FM services. Oversee the asset life cycle About You: Essential An experienced well-rounded Facilities Manager with experience all managing all “hotel style” services with a corporate environment Able to liaise with all levels of customers to understand their exact requirements An understanding of M&E systems including PPM and Reactive Maintenance. Experiencing of managing and developing a customer focused team. Desirable Knowledge of CAFM systems. Relevant qualifications in Facilities / Hotel Management. SIA Licence (we will provide training if required). First Aid Trained (we will provide training if required). IOSH Certificate or willing to work towards.
