Soft Services Manager / Facilities Manager

Brightwork is seeking a motivated and dedicated Soft Services Manager to join our client's Facilities team, a local business operating across many small communities in Moray and Inverness-shire that dedicates itself to supporting the needs of others. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for detail-qualities that are vital for maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of everyone in the facilities under your care. Your Time at Work As an experienced Facilities professional, you will be responsible for ensuring all operational activities meet company, client and industry/regulatory requirements. Your duties and responsibilities will include Building strong internal and external relationships to achieve business goals. Prioritising programmes of work. Looking after daily operations Ensuring Quality, Health & Safety and ESG standards are met and exceeded Ensuring reliable, customer-focused reactive maintenance services. Maintaining accurate building condition records and compliance documentation. Delivering regular KPI reporting on compliance, maintenance, and operational efficiency Our Perfect Worker Keen eye for detail. A mature outlook and a great team player A driving license is essential, although you will be provided with a company vehicle to travel between locations. Have excellent communication skills Experience within a similar field and understanding of legal requirements Flexibility Relevant Qualifications & Experience Ideally HND/Degree in Buildings or Construction Management or equivalent extensive industry experience IOSH General Certificate (desirable). Familiarity with legislation such as the Health and Safety at Work Act, Fire Safety Regulations, COSHH, CDM2015, and environmental compliance. Key Information and Benefits
