They're currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager who will manage our clients' facilities, security and vehicle maintenance and also being a line manger to the workshop personnel. Job Responsibilities To manage the facilities, plant and vehicle maintenance logs on the EWB, whilst managing the Workshop Team to implement the maintenance. To be accountable for routine facility maintenance, including updating any facility certification. To arrange for site visits and quotations from 3rd party suppliers in support of facility maintenance, such as grounds maintenance, plumbers, electricians etc. Raise purchase orders to support works. To be accountable for vehicle management, servicing and repair. Coordination of Driving Licenses & Tachos, and vehicle operators' licenses. Hold overall responsibility for vehicle management. To arrange plant management, including logistics to mobilise to worksite and back, on-going maintenance/servicing and update of EWB. To manage property security and maintain records of and manage keys/key fobs to all relevant personnel. To manage building fire security and manage 3rd party fire supplier access to maintain fire/security systems. Hold regular fire drills/tests.
