The successful candidate will bring a strong track record indriving continuous improvement, maintainingexceptional food safety and quality standards, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, demonstrating excellentpeople management skills, a deep understanding ofcompliance and audit readiness, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
