Who we’re looking for

A care solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience running their own files Comfortable with doing their own advocacy Experience in private children matters Familiarity with farming or rural cases Child Panel membership A natural team player who enjoys mentoring juniors and getting stuck into firm-wide initiatives

What you’ll be doing

Taking over a full caseload of predominantly care matters Supervising and supporting two paralegals, both on track for training contracts Contributing to internal projects, from shaping the firm’s culture to input on marketing and LinkedIn activity Collaborating closely with support staff, trainees, and other solicitors Playing an active role in the continued development of a respected, growing department
