\nA well-established and highly respected law firm just outside Birmingham city centre is seeking a Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their thriving team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven solicitor to develop their career with clear progression prospects within the firm.
\nThe Role:As a Family Solicitor, you will:
\n Manage a diverse caseload of privately and publicly funded family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
\n Provide expert legal advice to clients with a client-focused approach
\n Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with counsel when required
\n Work closely with senior solicitors and contribute to the firm's ongoing growth
\nRequirements:

 3+ years PQE in family law
\n Experience handling a range of family law matters, including children and financial cases
\n Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills
\n Ambition to progress within the firm and contribute to its success
