About The Role FAMILY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £60-80,000 (DOE). This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to join the highly regarded family law team of a well‑established firm. Handle a diverse caseload spanning complex marital finance matters, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, divorce and civil partnership dissolution, international relocation cases, and a broad range of children‑related issues, providing support and guidance to clients navigating sensitive and emotionally challenging situations. Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and a genuine passion for family law, along with a personable and empathetic manner, delivering clear, practical legal advice with a proactive and flexible approach while ensuring outstanding client care. Meet agreed fee‑earning targets and collaborate with colleagues across the practice to promote the firm, contribute to business development initiatives, and supervise and develop team members where appropriate.
