The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

• Advising on divorce and separation, including financial remedy matters
• Handling private children matters and complex arrangements
• Drafting and advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Managing cohabitation disputes and related family law issues
• Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court where required
• Managing cases from instruction through to conclusion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
• Strong technical knowledge across private family matters
