We are currently expanding our Food and Beverage Control team at The Londoner our 5 Star Luxury Hotel is located in the heart of Leicester Square. We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Cost Controller. Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Controller for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner. As Food and Beverage Cost Controller your role will involve cross checking food and beverage invoices against purchase orders and working closely with the goods receiving team to ensure quality controls are in place. You will be responsible for processing orders and invoices for the food and beverage operation within the hotel ensuring the food and beverage department has the stock levels required. The hours for this role are primarily Mon to Friday 9am 5.30pm however you will be expected to work weekends as required and in line with the business needs. About You: Current experience of food and beverage cost control within a hotel environment or bar stock control experience. Must be able to demonstrate exceptional financial and numerical skills and impeccable attention to detail. It is essential you are proficient with excel, micros and opera or similar.
