Primary Responsibilities Include Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and table turnover. Perform opening and closing duties as required, including cash reconciliation and handling and handover all information that the next shift or the Line Manager has to know for the well running of the operations. Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service. Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously. About Us
