Your role involves: Shopping, cooking, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home Supporting with health, wellbeing, and attending appointments Encouraging independence and developing life skills Enabling access to social, leisure, and community activities Working flexibly across services to meet the needs of those we support Providing practical and emotional support Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect Supporting individuals to engage with their local community Following individual care and support plans About You: Essential Requirements: Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle. Previous experience in a support/Care worker role Experience delivering person-centred support Experience in supporting people with Autism Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life. Promote independence and daily living skills.
