Female Support Worker Pay rate: Nights £13.13 per hour Shift Pattern: 18 hours per week across N ights - Monday - Sunday 22:00pm - 7:00am. We have an opportunity for a dependable support worker to assist a creative individual living with Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO) in their own home. They love their two dogs and one cat, and enjoys arts and crafts, pamper days, and the occasional shopping trip.They live with complex medical needs, including a tracheostomy and PEG, and require support to manage their health, daily activities, and enjoy the best quality of life possible. Clinical experience is not required but previous care experience is essential. About the Role The successful applicant will work as part of a team to deliver highly personalised, one-to-one care.This includes both clinical care and emotional support, enabling the client to participate in meaningful activities and maintain her independence wherever possible.
