£12.60 per hour + £50 per night sleep-in Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time - 39 hours a week (2 Vacancies Available)

Shift Pattern:

Flexible across long shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

to join our inclusive team in Clitheroe.

The Role

No two days are the same. You will empower individuals to live the lives they choose, whether that is in their own homes or out in the community. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping people develop new skills and achieve personal goals. Providing personal, emotional, and practical support. Assisting with household management, leisure activities, and travel. Driving mobility vehicles to ensure individuals stay connected to their community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you

must

meet the following criteria:

Experience:

Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities or in a similar care setting is essential. Driving Licence:

A valid

Full UK Manual Driving Licence

is required (you will be driving mobility vehicles). Availability:

Must be able to work a flexible rota including

long shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins . Right to Work:

We are seeking candidates
