Female Support Worker Pay rate: £13.66 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 16:00pm-20:30pm and 20:30pm-8:30am and Saturday - Sunday 8:30am-20:30pm & Term time we support across Monday - Friday 8:30am - 20:30pm. We are looking for a kind, dependable Support Worker to assist a young person with complex clinical needs and profound learning disabilities.This individual lives between two family homes in Caton, spending one week with a parent and their twin sibling, and the next with the other parent. They attend school during the week, where staff are trained to support their health needs. Outside of school hours, they require one-to-one support to enjoy meaningful activities.They have a strong love for music and enjoy listening to the radio and watching TV in a calm and familiar environment. The role involves working in a pet-friendly home, so youll need to be comfortable around the family dog. To be considered for this role, youll need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle, unless you live locally within Caton village.
