£13.50 per hour flat rate Shift pattern: Monday - Sunday, waking nights 22:00pm - 8:30am & Saturday and Sunday days 11:00am - 16:00pm An Assessment Day for this role will take place on Tuesday 10th
March
2026 that you will be invited to if successful from a 1st stage telephone interview. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen. The day will run between the hours of 9:30am - 17:00pm.
Must have requirements: Full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle Experience with young children with complex needs Experience with Epilepsy and Seizure management Candidates must be Non-Smokers due to the person we supports requirements We are looking for a caring, resilient and active Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Kidderminster to support a young girl who lives with her mum, younger siblings &
family dog. This young girl has complex clinical needs, behaviours that may be perceived as challenging, Epilepsy and ADHD and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. They like to be active, love to go swimming, likes to be outside, visiting parks, zoo's and going to the local safari park. What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a

:1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting her during seizures to ensure her safety and wellbeing Supporting with challenging behaviours What youll bring Were looking for people who already have experience in: Complex Care Epilepsy Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships .
