Pay rate: Sleep in £9.50, Day rate £13.50 & Waking night rate £14.53 per hour (Weekly or Monthly pay)
Shift Pattern: 8:00am - 20:00pm and 20:00pm - 8:00am.
You must be able to work full time hours at 36 hours per week.

What Were Looking For Essential Requirements:
A full manual driving licence youll be driving an adapted mobility vehicle
Confidence supporting someone with mental health needs , a PEG feed , and who uses a wheelchair
The ability to support someone whose communication varies listening beyond words
A calm, genuine presence with a great sense of humour and deep respect for others
Your Role As a Support Worker, youll provide high-quality, person-centred care on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis . Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivering compassionate, attentive care tailored to individual needs
Supporting meaningful activities and encouraging engagement in the community
Promoting social interaction and overall well-being
Helping with household tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable, and organised home
Communicating clearly and confidently in the persons preferred manner to build trust and connection
