Due to internal promotion , we are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our outstanding team at Bluebird Care. If you are compassionate, caring, and patient, this could be the perfect next step in your career

Role Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support and supervision to care teams. Work one day per week from the office (day agreed with RM). Attend weekly huddle meetings to ensure smooth operations. Positively represent Bluebird Care in the community. Report any concerns or issues promptly to the Registered Manager (RM).

Requirements:

• Level 2 (or above) in Health & Social Care. • Full UK driving licence and access to a car. • Availability to work every other weekend.
