We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our home care facilities.

Duties Supervise and support home care staff in the delivery of exceptional senior care.
Ensure that all care plans are followed accurately and adapt them as necessary to meet client's needs.
Drive initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency within the facility.
Conduct regular assessments of staff performance, providing feedback and guidance for professional development.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions that enhance care delivery.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, ensuring a safe environment for both residents and staff.
Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role within the care sector, preferably in a care home setting.
Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
Experience in supervising teams, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire others.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites as required.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to care management is advantageous.
