Location: Lincolnshire, UK (Hybrid)
Our exclusive client, a leader in SME ERP and Business Management Software solutions, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Leader to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth in a dynamic market.
This is a high-impact role for an individual who is passionate about data-driven marketing and measurable results within B2B Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable, data-driven growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead multi-channel campaigns to generate pipeline and acquire new customers
- Own and optimize the end-to-end demand generation funnel (forecasting, reporting, conversion rates)
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve outcomes
- Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital, Content, and BDRs
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals
- Monitor industry trends and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on software industry digital and demand generation
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership or team management experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous
- Willingness to travel as required
