We’re Hiring: Field Demand Generation Team Lead

Location: Lincolnshire, UK (Hybrid)


Our exclusive client, a leader in SME ERP and Business Management Software solutions, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Leader to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth in a dynamic market.


This is a high-impact role for an individual who is passionate about data-driven marketing and measurable results within B2B Software.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable, data-driven growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to generate pipeline and acquire new customers
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end demand generation funnel (forecasting, reporting, conversion rates)
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve outcomes
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital, Content, and BDRs
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new growth opportunities


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on software industry digital and demand generation
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership or team management experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel as required
