Food & Beverage - Field-Based (South & Midlands)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + up to 8% bonus + company vehicle
About the role
This is a field-based commercial role focused on driving sales performance through vending machines and chilled equipment across your territory.
You’ll work directly with end-user customers to ensure equipment is well presented, fully stocked, correctly merchandised and delivering strong commercial returns. It’s ideal for a food & beverage field sales professional who enjoys being on-site, building relationships and improving results through practical action.
What you’ll be responsible for

Selling in approved product ranges and layouts to vending machines and chillers

Improving availability, reducing out-of-stocks and maximising sales
*
Installing and refreshing POS to drive visibility and impulse purchase
*
Visiting customer sites to review equipment performance and compliance
*
Carrying out basic preventative maintenance and simple fixes
*
Optimising underperforming equipment, including rental agreements and contract updates
*
Using data and insight tools to prioritise actions and track improvements
*
Identifying new commercial opportunities within your territory
What we’re looking for
*
Field sales experience within food & beverage, drinks, impulse or convenience
*
Strong face-to-face selling and relationship management skills
*
Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach
*
Comfortable working independently in the field
*
Organised, reliable and results-driven
*
Full UK driving licence
(Technical or vending experience is helpful but not essential.)
