Offering lightning-fast speeds of up to 2000 Mbps, cutting-edge Wi-Fi 7 technology, outstanding customer service, and prices that are no more expensive than standard internet packages, our premium product is generating huge demand.The revolutionary full fibre solution practically sells itself, and we are now looking for dynamic, ambitious individuals to join the field sales team.The RoleAs a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand in your local area and play a key role in introducing customers to faster, more reliable broadband.Your responsibilities will include:Generating leads and building interest through proactive outreach in your territoryEngaging with local communities to showcase the benefits of our full fibre broadband and how it can transform their home or businessConducting in-home or in-business broadband consultations and upselling where appropriateDelivering exceptional customer experiences that build trust and wow potential customersRepresenting the company at local events and networking opportunitiesBecoming a true product expert (full training provided)Consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering key performance indicatorsBuilding strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and local partnersThe CandidateWe are looking for driven sales professionals who thrive on direct customer interaction and enjoy solving problems.You will ideally have experience in roles such as Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, or any customer-facing sales position (retail or utilities experience is also welcome).Key requirements:A genuine enjoyment of direct selling and finding the right solutions for customersConfident, professional, and personable with excellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilityComfortable working door-to-door and independently in the fieldA positive, ambitious attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceFull, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car (all business mileage is reimbursed)Previous field or door-to-door sales experience is advantageous but not essential - full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidates.The Rewards£28,000 Base Salary Plus Limitless Commission (OTE £45k+)£3k Car Allowance25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBirthday offCompany Pension ContributionBusiness TabletPrivate Medical and Dental CoverBusiness Mobile£1500 Employee Referral SchemeFamily friendly support packageGenerous Business Mileage ReimbursementContinuous development and long-term career prospectsTo apply, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to alex . drury @ nmsrecruit . com or, alternatively, submit your application via the link belowImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
