About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the London region, driving revenue growth and improving profitability for our Bracknell depot and surrounding locations.
This is a key role where you’ll be the face of SLD Pumps & Power to both new and existing customers—building lasting relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and helping us grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, value-driven relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with depot teams and internal service centres
- Continuously developing knowledge of our products and applications
- Using our CRM and sales systems to stay ahead of customer needs
- Ensuring profitability on all orders through smart commercial management
- Promoting the SLD Pumps & Power brand and related services across the region
- Reporting on activity, sales progress, and customer engagement
- Supporting timely payment collection for services rendered
What We’re Looking For
- Proven field sales experience—ideally in construction or plant hire
- Familiarity with power solutions (generators, solar, battery storage) is a plus
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
