Field Sales Representative

Location: Swindon

Salary: OTE £40,000PA

Commission / Company Van / 20 + 8 Days Holiday (Increasing with service)

With over 40 + years' within the industry they are in the search for experienced Field Sales Representatives to help support them in their growth plans.

Your key responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads and build relationships with clients in your region

* Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients, promoting products and services

* Manage sales process from initial contact to closing and negotiating terms to secure business

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations

* Meet and exceed KPI targets whilst providing regular updates on your sales activities

* Gather client and customer feedback to help improve products and services

* Develop an in-depth understanding of their products and services

Key requirements:

* Previous experience in a sales role (B2B)

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Excellent negotiator and self motivated

* Full UK Driving Licence
