We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our North London-based team. You'll attend service calls, diagnose and repair faults, install and commission laundry/dosing/ozone systems, and occasionally refurbish ex-rental equipment. You’ll work independently across London and the Southeast while representing our high standards on the front line.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair faults on laundry, warewashing, dosing, and catering equipment

* Carry out routine maintenance and emergency service visits

* Install and commission equipment and systems

* Maintain accurate service reports and Salesforce inventory

* Prepare and test refurbished equipment for reissue

* Ensure van stock is managed and replenished

Who We’re Looking For:

* 3+ years’ experience in a field service role (laundry or catering )

* Strong mechanical & electrical background (Gas Safe beneficial)

* Able to read wiring diagrams & schematics

* Professional, personable and customer-focused

* Strong problem-solving, communication & time management skills

* Full clean UK driving licence

Engineer Location:

We cover mainly M25 / home counties. Candidate to be within 1 hour commute to attend frequently for works / collecting parts
