Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Services Engineer to lead and manage all aspects of mechanical services engineering for our projects. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Estimate and price enquiries, collaborating with our Estimating Manager on tender submissions. Develop mechanical services designs and produce technical documentation, including working drawings, schematics, and installation details. Liaise with clients, main contractors, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Coordinate services designs with the mechanical division and external contractors. Maintain company standards and procedures in all work aspects.
