Field Service Engineer Location: Covering South East Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic + OTE + Company Car The Role As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated storage at customer sites. You will take a proactive approach to machine performance, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Electrical and mechanical fault finding, mainly electrical * Provide a high quality of customer service in accordance with established policy. * Communicate effectively with customers * Accurately report on a visit-by-visit basis via appropriate documentation/call tracker in a timely manner. * Work with minimum supervision, always maintaining appropriate communication. * To aid and assist fellow workers as and when required. * Ensure that all personal PPE is maintained as required and inspected at required intervals. * Work within agreed quality and health and safety standards Requirements * Electrical/electronic quals essential, nvq, c&g, btec * Industrial background is essential (Manf, engineering, production) * Must have worked on 3 phase motors, 415v, testing a cpu * Basic mechanical principles are desirable Package * Salary £36,000 - £40,000 base * OTE £50,000 + * Car, iPhone, Laptop, Tools * Overtime / Door to door, Time and ½ * Annual bonus scheme (Roughly 10%, company performance based) If you would like to hear more about this fantastic opportunity then please get in touch!
