Field Service Engineer

Elevata is supporting a well-established machine tool service business in the North West that is looking to add an experienced Service Engineer to its team as part of steady growth. This is a field-based role involving the service, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tools, primarily milling and turning machines, across customer sites. Youll be trusted to work autonomously, represent the business professionally, and resolve issues efficiently. Key points: CNC machine tool service role (milling & turning)

Field-based, covering the UK (North West focused)

Monday to Friday working pattern (short Friday)

Salary £38,000£40,000 plus overtime (realistic OTE £55k+)

Company vehicle, tools, phone and expenses provided

What theyre looking for: Proven experience servicing CNC / machine tools

Strong fault-finding skills (electrical & mechanical)

Familiarity with common CNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain)

Comfortable working independently in a customer-facing role

Full UK driving licence
