£40,000 Base +

The Role

Joining an established leader in precision cutting technology, you will be the face of the business. You will manage the full lifecycle of the equipmentfrom initial installation and commissioning to preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown support. Lead Installations:

Take pride in seeing a project through from delivery to a fully operational, high-tech cutting system.

Solve Complex Problems:

Use your multi-skilled background to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-based (CAD/CAM/CNC) faults.

Consult & Train:

You aren't just fixing machines; youre showing clients how to get the best out of their new investment.

Who are you?

Youre a "fixer" who loves the technical details but also enjoys the freedom of being out on the road. The Hybrid Skillset:

You are a multi-skilled engineer. Youre as comfortable with a multimeter as you are with a wrench.

Field Experience:

Youve done the "road life" before. You understand the autonomy it requires and the occasional overnight stay it demands.

The Tech Edge:

Experience with CNC machinery, PLC fault-finding, or CAD/CAM software is highly desirable.

Client-Facing:

You can communicate effectively with everyone from shop-floor operators to Managing Directors.

Requirements

Full UK Driving License (and comfortable driving abroad on occasion).

Proven background in in-field mechanical and electrical repair.

A "right first time" attitude toward engineering.
