Job Summary Routen Chaplin is an insurance broker based in the heart of Long Eaton, which has been established for over 60 years. We are looking to strengthen our team with the recruitment of a Finance Administrator. The Financial Administrator will play a crucial role in the organisation and will provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer. This position will be responsible for processing all insurer and client transactions. They will also provide administration support with compliance and health and safety activities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with strong organisation skills. Duties Finance Log all incoming insurer statements Reconcile all insurer statements liaise with Handlers/Insurers with any discrepancies Issue Remittances to Insurers Monitor all Premium Finance Agreements liaise with Handlers with any issues Allocate all incoming client money inc BACS, cash and cheques Accept client payments over the telephone
