We are looking for a Finance Administrator (Inside IR35) for a 6 month hybrid contract based in Norcross, Blackpool.
The successful candidate will have an expectation to be onsite permanently whilst training and from then on the working model will change to 60% office and 40% homebased.
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
As a Finance Administrator , your main responsibilities will be:
* Support War Pension teams with banking transactions and payment queries * Process returned and recalled payments * Set up and amend overseas customer details (Citibank beneficiary database) * Complete daily bank reconciliations * Prepare and post journals, including month-end * Maintain payment records on finance systems * Manage finance inbox and respond to queries * Support basic cash management and forecasting checks * Provide cover/support to aligned finance teams as required
