Finance Administrator Location: Frimley Salary: Up to £25,397 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pricing jobs and ensuring all necessary details are recorded.

Raising and issuing customer invoices in a timely manner.

Supporting the Senior Financial Administrator with daily tasks.

Chasing outstanding Purchase Orders.

Administering employee timesheets.

Managing parking ticket processes and related admin.

Carrying out a variety of ad hoc administrative duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
